Young Thug Allegedly Released To Attend Sister’s Funeral
According to reports, Young Thug was given a brief reprieve from prison to grieve the loss of his older sister, Angela Grier.
Mari replied with a love emoji, “They allowed lil Jeff come view his sister,” and later added, “Lol yep they did n-gga had on a suit and Air Force ones. Mari said Thug did not attend the funeral in response to a fan account’s assertion.
Dolly White, a separate sister of Thug, disclosed the demise of Angela in a social media post on March 27. The reason for death is not well understood.
Thug’s Charges
To prepare for his upcoming trial in the current YSL RICO Lawsuit, Young Thug has been detained for almost a year. He is accused of eight offences, including narcotics and weapons offences, two counts of involvement in criminal street gang activities, and conspiracy to breach the RICO Act.
Jury Selection
Several prospective jurors have been disqualified for jury duty as the search for jurors continues because of odd situations. Brian Steele, the attorney for Thug, reportedly asserted that a prospective juror had even made an email attempt to get in touch with him. The court called for an inquiry even though the message’s contents were not made public at the hearing.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution claimed that Judge Ural Glanville was significantly broadening the selection of possible jurors to locate people who genuinely fit to tackle situations like the ones mentioned above.
