(GEMS RADIO) – CMG Records CEO, Yo Gotti has announced the signing of their first female artist named Lehla Samia. The Memphis native announced the news on Monday, May 2nd as he surprised the singer with a pink Lamborghini Urus worth $300,000.
“I’m proud to welcome Lehla to the CMG family,” began the statement by Yo Gotti. “She has an incredible voice, she’s creatively gifted and she’s been putting in the work to develop into the next R&B superstar. I’ve always said that CMG is more than just Hip Hop label – we have our focus on building the biggest and most versatile force in the music industry. Signing Lehla is the latest example of that goal.”
Lehla Samia joins the label after building herself a name from covers and remixes on social media. She has 263,000 Instagram followers and 1.2 million on TikTok.
“I’ve been grinding for this opportunity for a minute and I’m really excited about this new chapter in my career,” says Samia. “I can’t wait to share my story with the world and deliver that pure R&B sound for my old and new fans.”

In a February interview with Business Insider, Yo Gotti opened up about the values he teaches his artists on money management
“Stay focused, be consistent,” he began. “And one of the things I’ve been on lately, the big thing I’ve been on, is money management. You know, we see a lot of money. We make a lot of money. It’s easy to spend the money. It’s harder to keep it and save it, you know? So I’m on some wealth shit right now, with my guys that I’m working with.”
Gotti continues, “Like, let’s save the money, let’s invest the money. Let’s put it in the right places. Let’s not just buy every chain and watch we see. Let’s make sure at the end of this run, we are all on top of the hill somewhere tripping off this shit.”
