(GEMS RADIO)- Lift Me Up by Rihanna, a stirring tribute to the late Chadwick, is the singer’s much-anticipated new single. The song “Lift Me Up,” written for the “Wakanda Forever” sequel in the Marvel Universe, served as her comeback.
“Lift Me Up”
The single is Rihanna’s first song in over six years. It is included on the soundtrack for Marvel’s Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. After teasing “Lift Me Up” for a day, fans went crazy when Rihanna unveiled a little trailer for the song.
The “Lift Me Up” song was co-written by Rihanna, Oscar winner Ludwig Göransson, and Black Panther director Ryan Coogler with Nigerian singer-songwriter Tems.
Rihanna has served as an inspiration to Tems, so hearing her perform this song was an enormous honor.
Super Bowl 2023
Since Rihanna said she would perform at the Super Bowl halftime in 2023, fans have been preparing. RiRi acknowledged that she was “nervous” but “excited” about the show. Two Hip-Hop icons have since endorsed her.
Jay-Z, Rihanna’s mentor and the head of Roc Nation, described her as a “generational talent.” A woman from modest beginnings who has consistently exceeded expectations. A person raised on the tiny island of Barbados became one of history’s most well-known artists. She’s an icon in both business and entertainment, self-made.
Dr. Dre, a renowned producer, described himself as a “big fan” of Rihanna and added, “I can’t wait to see what she’s going to do.” When asked why he was anticipating her performance, he said, “I admire her and what she does. Her dance moves and her artistic process are a whole nine. It’s wonderful. She has the chance to impress us truly.
