Soon, the conversation turned to Lizzo, the singer of “About Damn Time.” who West accused of being targeted by social media bots whenever she shared a message about losing weight.
Ye talked about his views on the “demonic” media’s encouragement of obesity, which he compared to a part of the “genocide of the Black race.”
“When Lizzo loses 10 pounds and announces it. The bots … on Instagram attack her weight loss progress. That is because the media wants to perceive that being overweight is the new goal. When it’s unhealthy,” Ye said during his Tucker Carlson Tonight interview.

Lizzo, a well-known proponent of body acceptance, did not hold back in her answer. Even though she did not specifically address Kanye, “I feel like everybody in America got my mother******* name in [they’re] mother******* mouth for no mother******* reason.” she told concertgoers, who cheered and applauded as she spoke.
The Grammy-winning artist has already had to address a man’s unwanted comments regarding her physique.
Aries Spears Comments
Lizzo took a direct shot at comedian Aries Spears in August at the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards ceremony. That was after he disparaged remarks about her weight in an interview with The Art of Dialogue.
“I can’t get past the fact that she looks like the s— emoji,” he remarked when asked if he thought the top-charting singer-songwriter was skilled at her trade.
