(GEMS RADIO)- In Young Thug’s YSL RICO case, district attorney Fani Willis gave a defendant his freedom in exchange for turning on the rapper, according to the co-defendant Lil Rod’s father. Lil Rod’s actual name is Rodalius Ryan.
The D.A’s Deal with Lil Rod
In an Instagram Live video, the irate parent aired the accusations against the Fulton County D.A. He said in a clip, “Ms. Willis visited the jail and advised my son that if he—if!” “Hear what I have to say. I’m not going to tell you something I overheard; I will tell you what I know. We’ll release you out of jail if he claims that Thug paid him $10,000 to [inaudible] that boy.
As he awaits trial on numerous RICO allegations, Young Thug is still detained. Jury selection is now taking place but is proceeding slowly and is anticipated to take months.
Prison Stabbing
Lil Rod is one of the co-defendants of Young Thug, who may be charged with involvement in an assault that occurred at the Fulton County Jail. The claimed attack allegedly included Damon Blalock, Demise McMullen, Chritian Eppinger and Jevon Fleetwood.
On the evening of January 31, a detainee named Demarcus Bussey, 31 was assaulted at the prison after being encircled by other prisoners. Eppinger is charged with using a shank to stab Bussey in the chest.
Assault Charges
Aggravated assault charges were brought against Ryan and Eppinger. The charges against Blalock, Fleetwood, and McMullen included felony violence. All five were charged with the Intentional obstruction of a law enforcement officer.
Angela D’Williams, Rodalius Ryan’s attorney, asserted last month that a Fulton County deputy had struck her client in the head. The incident occurred during the RICO trial of Young Thug’s jury selection procedure. Ryan was charged with spitting in the face of a deputy by Sheriff Pat Labat. While waiting to be driven to court, he was charged with spitting inside the rear of a cop car.
