Kodak Black reacted after Charlamagne Tha God called him the GOAT. He was very delighted about the acknowledgment. A few days ago, when taking part in an episode of a show called Brilliant Episodes, Charlamagne and Andrew Schulz talked about Kodak Black’s legacy.
During the conversation, Charlamagne showered the rapper with praise and likened him to Lamar. Some people opposed the comparison, so Charlamagne explained his statement further.
Kodak is a great artist and rapper
Charlamagne elaborated that when he was watching a video of Kodak, he was wondering if people were aware of just how great Kodak Black is as an artist, rapper, and human being.
He also mentioned that he is highly convinced that Kodak Black and Kendrick Lamar release music with the same approach despite originating from different regions.
He added that both tell the same messages though they come from different areas.
The clip went viral recently, and Yak viewed it. Kodak was impressed by this. He wrote in the comments section of the Akademiks post and thanked Charlamagne.
He wrote, “APPRECIATE EVERYBODY,” “MEANS SOOOO MUCH TO ME.” He also included a smiley, fingers crossed, and heart emojis.
Collaborated with Lamar on an album last year
In 2022, Kodak Black collaborated with Kendrick Lamar in his Album Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers. You can hear his unique voice in various songs on the album, such as “Mirror,” “Rich (Interlude),” “Worldwide Steppers” and “Silent Hill.”
Meanwhile, Wiz Khalifa has said that he writes his verses within a day. He said this in a series of posts on Twitter. Some of his fans disagreed with his argument.
Writing a verse shouldn’t take long
Afterward, he added that writing a song can take a long time, especially if you are a bad songwriter or you are paying attention to the message you want to convey to the listeners.
This year, Wiz is set to star in a film titled Spinning Gold. It will be released in March 2023. He will be the star of the movie, and he will go by the name George Clinton.
