After the recent diss from Nicki Minaj who called him a ‘clown’ after instructing her Dj to cut the monster track that was playing during the recent Essence Festival, it seems that issues with Kanye West are not about to flip to the positive. It is now emerging that the rapper’s Malibu beachfront property is abandoned and incomplete with just a tarp showing signs of a contractor on site.
Kanye acquired the property for $57.3 million after negotiating the price down from $75 million. Renovation works have been ongoing since last year but works seem to have stalled.
The property consists of a 3-level residential building with an area of 3,665 square feet on a 5,700 square feet lot. So far, the structure has gobbled up 12 pylons driven 60 feet underground, 200 tons of steel reinforcement, and 200 tons of poured concrete.
