(GEMS RADIO)---A new snippet leaked from Kanye West's New project entitled Bully. A quick video surfaced on social media showing Kanye playing the new song. The new tune samples soul as well as other elements from when he first started. Journalist Touré said the following: “It’s a concept album and he plans to be the only producer on it." West has been busy recording the new album in Tokyo.
