Beyonce, Rihanna, Taylor Swift all make the cut for Forbes List of the World’s Most Powerful Women this past year. Most of the top ten though consist of politicians (Kamala Harris ranks in at Number 2) and philanthropists and business women.
Billionaire Rihanna didn’t even have to release new music this year and she came in at number 68 due to her fashion and lingerie lines, Savage x Fenty.
Beyonce clocks in at number 76. Her wildly successful On The Run II Tour with husband rapper/mogul Jay Z raked in more than $250 Million along with her Ivy Park fashion wear line.
Taylor Swift has rerecorded her album RED and her previous albums due to ownership rights. Forbes cited that her surprise Folklore album helped place her at number 78 on the list as well.
