(GEMS RADIO)—Eminem’s mother, Debbie Nelson has died at age 69. The rap star’s mother died from lung cancer. Nelson passed away on Monday night (December 2) in St. Joseph, Missouri following her battle with the disease.
Eminem has yet to make a public comment on her death.
The two were financially connected, as Em provided her with money, but they have not spoken in years. She was the subject of many his rap songs. She sued him for defaming her in his infamous song “My Name Is”. They remained estranged up until her death.
