(GEMS RADIO)—Conway The Machine considers JAY-Z a genuine friend. “This is probably the one guy, only guy who I felt like genuinely cared about me and my well-being,” Conway said. “He ask about how I’m doing and family stuff, shit like that. It’s just regular shit. I kind of respect that and like that a little more.”
The two have not recorded a lot of music together but keeps it real and tells hip hop journalist Elliott Wilson that JAY is the only one who cares about his well being.
Conway just released a doc and album with the same name called WON’T HE DO IT that details his struggles with mental health, trauma, and treatment he received.
