(GEMS RADIO)—Connie Diiamond and Remy Ma performed together on the red carpet at the BET Awards. It’s been a long time coming for Bronx rapper Diiamond. Her spotlight is well overdue. The duo performed “Ghetto and Ratchet”.
Other performers during the main show was Ms. Lauryn Hill, Ice Spice, Latto. Megan Thee Stallion opened the show. Will Smith was joined by Kirk Franklin. Smith made his return to music to perform his new single “You Can Make It” in a ring of fire. Usher took home the Lifetime Achievement Award.
