(GEMS RADIO)—Beyoncé fans will rave after hearing news that she will have a class taught in her honor. Beginning in the Spring of 2025, Yale University will have a class called ‘Beyoncé Makes History’ in their catalog. Professor of African American Studies and Music Daphne Brooks will teach the class. The class “will review the singer’s artistic work from 2013 to 2024 as a lens to study Black history, intellectual thought and performance,” according to Yale. The class branches off of Brooks ‘Black Women in Popular Music Culture’ class.

The course, which is getting high enrollment, will cover Beyoncé’s music, fashion, style, and visuals from 2013’s self-titled album to 2024’s Cowboy Carter.
