(GEMS RADIO)- On Thursday, March 30, the Grammy-winning rapper announced her role in the family movie on Twitter. Cardi B has stated that she, her husband, and their two children will play significant roles in the new Baby Shark’s Big Film.
Offset, Cardi’s husband, and their children Wave, one, and Kulture, four, will all provide their voices to the Paramount+ smash, making Baby Shark’s Big Movie a family affair.
Cardi B posted a message on Instagram with the caption, “Glad to share that myself & my family are going to star in the BABY SHARKS BIG MOVIE,” along with a poster for the Film showing other notable cast members.
Lance Bass from NSYNC, Ashley Tisdale, Aparna Nancherla, Ego Nwodim from Saturday Night Live, and other celebrities have been added to Baby Shark’s first feature-length Movie, according to announcements made by Nickelodeon, The Pinkfong Company, and Paramount+.
Offset and Cardi B are reprising their characters, OffShark and Sharki B, respectively. The famous couple and their daughter Kulture appeared on an April airing of Baby Shark’s Big Show.
Later this year, the festive season of 2023 will be the PREMIER of the film Baby Shark’s Big.
Since Baby Shark’s 2016 viral ditty took over children’s brains, the Bronx beauty has become an avid fan.
Cardi B is not new to Hollywood, having previously appeared in the 2019 film Hustlers with Jennifer Lopez, Keke Palmer, and Lizzo. Also, the 30-year-old will continue to play Leysa in Fast X, a film that will be released in theaters on May 19.
But, Cardi’s debut in a leading role was delayed when she left Assisted Living only days before the Movie began shooting in New York last year because she was allegedly “overextended.”
