(GEMS RADIO)——Snoop Dogg has announced that Death Row Records will be releasing a first of its kind: a Gospel album. The album will be dedicated to Snoop Dogg’s late mother.
“The spirit of my mother will forever live within me. This album is a reflection of what she has taught me — to use my voice and my platform to spread love and heal the world. Just another chapter out of the Bible of Love,” Snoop told Okayplayer.
The first single will be released Friday April 18 from the project called Altar Call, which will be released on April 27.
The album features Jamie Foxx, Robert Glasper, Denaun Porter, Jazze Pha and October London.
Snoop acquired Death Row Records back in 2022.

The rapper debuted a few new songs——“She Goin Dumb”, “New Shitttt”, and “Jacques”. He also covered Drake’s “Nokia” as a medley with one of his own called “Modern Jam”.
