Rapper Chino XL Dead At 50

(GEMS RADIO)—Chino XL passed away Sunday and condolences are starting to pour in. Chuck D, Schoolboy Q, and Joe Budden paid their respects via social media. Chino was featured on Eminem, The RZA, and KRS-One’s single “The Anthem” in 1999 and was known for battling Tupac Shakur before his untimely death.  Chino is well known for his wordplay and rhyming skills and his 1996 debut album.

He was also featured on Rakim’s newest effort, G.O.D.s Network – Reb7rth. Cause of Chino’s death has yet to be released. He was 50.
