(GEMS RADIO)- In his first interview after the savage assault, Tekashi 6ix9ine talked about his attack in a South Florida gym last month and refuted suggestions that he manufactured it to gain influence.
Although the famous rapper sustained severe wounds from the incident, including broken ribs and an eye hemorrhage, some think he faked the assault to advance his musical career. 6ix9ine was in Cuba last week to record a music video for a new track alongside Lenier, a Cuban musician.
Lenier allegedly created the song about a buddy of theirs nearly a year ago, as per 6ix9ine. He asserted that it was captured on camera months ago before he was assaulted in the gym. The rapper released the tune a few weeks ago after taking a “long break from music.”
He added, “I don’t need to get beaten up to sell a record.
Moreover, 6ix9ine disclosed that he is still recuperating after spending four days in the hospital following the incident. He says the hospital footage in the single’s music video demonstrates to listeners that despite difficulties, “good times will come.”
Authorities announced last week that they had detained three guys on charges of robbery and assault against the New Yorker.
The assault, in the opinion of 6ix9ine, was “cowardly” and “opportunistic,” albeit he admits it’s difficult for him to view the video.
