(GEMS RADIO)- SZA performed at Madison Square Garden on March 4 with the help of the two megastars Cardi B and Phoebe Bridgers, both well-known performers in their own right.
SZA SOS Performance
The first song of the event, “PSA,” which has SZA perched on a diving board and performing the SOS cover, carries a maritime motif with sophisticated stage designs. The TDE songbird and her audience are then brought back to the diving board setup after the stage changes into a dock, a boat, a dinghy, and an aquarium.
The SOS Tour officially began in Columbus, Ohio, on February 21. SZA took the time to express how overwhelmed she was by the experience during the performance the night after in front of a packed house in Chicago.
In an interview with the magazine, the New Jersey-born singer, Billboard’s Woman of the Year, expressed her gratitude for SOS’s success since its release.
Bridger’s Performance
Every track on SZA’s chart-topping sophomore album SOS is included in her tour set list, and with Bridgers there, she could perform “Ghost On The Machine” in its entirety onstage for the first time.
The two-hour concert also includes a few songs from SZA’s 2017 debut Ctrl as well as some of her well-liked guest appearances, such as “All of the Lights” by Kendrick Lamar, “Kiss Me Closer” by Saweetie, and “I Do” by Cardi B.
Cardi B’s Views on the Concert
On Sunday morning, Cardi B, who also delivered her part from her GloRilla collaboration “Tomorrow 2,” praised SZA’s work on Twitter.
The SZA concert was incredible!!! I advise,” she wrote. “It was giving vanilla & lavender aroma vibes. I was totally in love with it!
