(GEMS RADIO)—Lil Wayne is set to perform his first UK Show in over fourteen years.
The Strawberries and Creem festival is a summer festival that takes place in Cambridge June 17 through 19. The rapper will be headlining next to Ella Mai, Mabel and Tems.
Co-founder Preye Crooks said: “This year, as we scale up to a full three days, we wanted to ensure our musical offering matched that level of ambition – as well as reflecting our incredibly diverse crowd. We have gone further than ever before to bring exceptional artists together, showing Strawberries Creem to be a major player on the weekend festival scene.”
The 6 Foot 7 Foot rapper will take the main stage next to Rema, Ghetts, and Tion Wayne. Even though the bill is full of Brit artists Lil Wayne is set to bring some American nostalgia to the festival.
Look for Lil Wayne to perform at the NBA All Star Weekend Concert as well. The basketball lover’s dream begins on February 18.
