(GEMS RADIO)---Ice Spice is as popular as she can be. Unfortunately her first album tanked. Sales of her album Y2K! sold an underwhelming 4,800 units in its first week. The album did drop on Christmas Day. Plus, the singles released does not represent the entire album. Some may take these numbers out of context. The Bronx rapper doesn't seem to worried about it though.
(GEMS RADIO)---A new snippet leaked from Kanye West's New project entitled Bully. A quick video surfaced on social media showing Kanye playing the new song. The new tune samples soul as well as other elements from when he first started. Journalist Touré said the following: “It’s a concept album and he plans to be the only producer on it." West has been busy recording the new album in Tokyo.
(GEMS RADIO)---Chance the Rapper has become first fully indie artist to receive diamond certification. His single "I'm The One" featuring DJ Khaled, Quavo, Justin Bieber, and Lil Wayne has reached over ten million in sales. This makes Chance the first independent solo artist to earn a diamond status. He was awarded a plaque with this achievement at the 2025 NHL Winter Classic in Chicago.
